Vitality: The Root of Your Life Energy
Just as the seed of a plant contains its entire life cycle, women are the keepers of the past, present, and future potentials of Life.
For you to approach this role with vital strength, you need care and attention that considers all parts of your being, story, and lifestyle.
This is the holistic approach that supports my work as a Vitalist herbalist and doula.
Every woman is her own best healer.
Whether you are preparing for conception, a mama-to-be, or a woman seeking support for her postpartum time, I am here to empower and uplift your vital nature.
Your Nature is Your Guide
As a woman, you are inherently connected to the perpetual spring of Life. Your vitality is woven into your physical, emotional, and spiritual being – it is the foundational energy that animates who you are becoming each day.
However, just like the seasons of a year in nature, the expression of your vital energy varies greatly throughout your life.
When too much has been taken from your well of vitality without a time of replenishment, your health becomes depleted. The rhythms of nature clearly show that it is essential to both give and take.
To access your vitality at the root level once more, your physical, emotional and spiritual bodies must be deeply nourished. Using your natural state as the guide, we will discover specific remedies to support you in being the woman who heals herself.
About Vitalism
The philosophy of Vitalism can be found in various traditional modalities of medicine and healing. It is a holistic perspective that recognizes an external vital force as the source of life. This vital force is what fills us and all of life with energy, a heartbeat, and movement.
Vitalist Herbalism combines this doctrine with the principle framework of traditional Western herbalism, creating a system of assessment that identifies an individual’s unique tissue state energetics. Medicinal plants and herbs also have energetic profiles and are used in Vitalism to encourage the inherent vital force of an individual for improved self-regulation.
